Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Billirrawarra Trucking & Training (BT&T).

By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these terms.

Training Services

BT&T provides heavy vehicle driver training, transport consulting, and contract driving services.

Training is delivered in accordance with:

• Northern Territory Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) requirements

• Relevant safety and licensing regulations

Completion of training does not guarantee a licence outcome. Final competency decisions are made in accordance with regulatory standards.

Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Provide accurate information when enrolling

• Hold the required licence class and meet eligibility requirements

• Follow safety instructions during training

• Act responsibly and comply with all road laws

BT&T reserves the right to stop training if a participant behaves unsafely.

Fitness for Training

Students must be fit for duty when attending training sessions. Billirrawarra Trucking & Training reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training session if a participant appears impaired by fatigue, illness, drugs, alcohol, or any condition that may affect safety.

Payments

Course fees must be paid in accordance with booking agreements.

Prices may vary depending on:

• training duration

• vehicle type

• individual training requirements

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students must provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule training.

Failure to attend scheduled training without notice may result in cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Refunds may be provided where services cannot be delivered as agreed or where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While BT&T takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in driver training carries inherent risks.

To the extent permitted by law, BT&T is not liable for:

• injuries arising from participant negligence

• losses caused by failure to meet licensing requirements

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Services

BT&T may modify services, schedules, or training arrangements where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia.
